We want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting boards from BroadCut.store. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom cutting boards are non-returnable (if applicable).
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at +1 (775) 123-4567 or support@broadcut.store to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Ship the item back to us at the address below (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged).
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color if available. Contact us for exchange requests.

Damaged or Defective Items Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
