We want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting boards from BroadCut.store. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Personalized or custom cutting boards are non-returnable (if applicable).
- We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
How to Return
- Contact us at +1 (775) 123-4567 or support@broadcut.store to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back to us at the address below (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged).
- Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color if available. Contact us for exchange requests.
Damaged or Defective Items Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
